‘Bioluminescence’ by J. Wilder

‘Bioluminescence’ from No Bones

Still, the unknown sparkles only when disturbed
the magic is worth more than the cold.
The kettle boils. Count the stars. I make you wait
all night, for
a timeless, falling wish.

I spend it on you.

All the things I love and fear the most
and between us, no bones.

J. Wilder is an untrained, untamed poet; a lover of seas and stars.
